What was this Denton Texas roofer thinking? What a mess!

I'm still not sure if this was a DIY gone wrong or a roofer who had "one too many". Either way, this is not right. You would think with all the tar they put on this vent that it would keep the water out, but nope, it still leaks. Don't get ripped off. Ask for pictures of the completed work before you pay for something (if you are unable to check it out yourself).
